Production Support Analyst

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely solutions

- Servicing business users and troubleshoot bugs related to specific internal platforms and vendor applications; also to conduct regular assessments and checks to ensure they are in good conditions.

- Provide level 1 to 2 technical support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, network and infrastructure.
