We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations & Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth hardware installation, troubleshooting, and service delivery. This role involves hands-on technical work, inventory management, and customer coordination for hardware lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Coordination & Troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Support, Technical, and Network departments to plan installations and resolve hardware issues.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on servers, PCs, and other IT equipment.
Installation & Configuration
Install and upgrade hardware components such as routers, PCs, flat panels, and keyboards to meet company specifications.
Assemble and configure PCs tailored to specific project or departmental needs.
Set up and configure servers for project deployment.
Qualifications:
Diploma in IT or computer science.
Proven experience in IT hardware support, installation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with server setup and configuration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Lists or similar inventory management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
