Must have minimum of 5-8 years of managing IT operations experience. Technical Skills on IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud management. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the services support, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Requires excellent problem-solving skills Able to effectively manage IT personnel and set priorities. * Preferably ITV3 certified.
