We are seeking a

IT Operations & Process Analyst_

to support a

government agency

at

Depot Road, Singapore

.





This is a

12-month contract (renewable)

under NTT Data payroll.

This role requires strong governance, documentation, Excel/PowerPoint, and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Do

--------------------

Act as

secretariat for IT governance committees

- review approval requests, track actions, prepare documentation. Drive

process improvements

(workflow optimisation, fast-track approvals, digitalisation of workflows). Support

enterprise architecture programmes

- maintain IT platform landscapes, organise working groups, document outcomes. Maintain

system master records

and support internal audits. Prepare clear documentation, dashboards, and reports for management.

What We're Looking For

--------------------------

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in IT / system analysis. Strong skills in

Excel (data handling)

and

PowerPoint (presentations)

. Good knowledge of IT ecosystems (infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems). Excellent

documentation, communication, and organisational skills

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Singaporean only

- must be eligible for

CAT 2A Security Clearance

.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (large data handling) & PowerPoint (presentations).


Strong written & verbal communication skills.


Good organisational, analytical, and systems thinking skills.


Ability to work proactively, independently, and in teams.
