The incumbent will be a key member of the 42 Singapore Team under SUTD Academy and support areas in Information Technology and security as below. Roles and Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to operationalise all aspects of Ecole 42 prog The incumbent will be a key member of the 42 Singapore Team under SUTD Academy and support areas in Information Technology and security as below. Roles and Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to operationalise all aspects of Ecole 42 programme, such as: Install and configure software and hardware Manage network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies Students' internship/mentorship supervision Any other matters as necessary for the smooth operations of 42 programme Interested applicants should possess the following: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology. Experience as a System Administrator, Network administrator or similar role, preferably with minimum 2 years experience Proficient in programming and networking, such as Python, C++, Linux environment (such as Debian, Ubuntu, apache, nginx, Postgres, etc), Virtualization (ESXi / Vcenter), Deployment tools (Ansible, Munki), Backup (Veeam) Knowledge of Networking (routing, FireWall (pfSense), switch configuration (Cisco), Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) Adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated. Team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
