It is time to come to Soitec!What does the job consist?The person will join our dynamic IT team to support our factory in its ramp up.Under the responsibility of the Singapore IT MES Manager, the IT Principal Engineer CIM Siview will have to:

• Lead technically the enhancements on Siview (collect and analyze the users functional requirements, propose technical solutions)
• Launch/follow the projects related to Siview, including the relations across functions involved (automation, shopfloor\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Integrate third party softwares (interface design and development)
• Onboard/train the future Siview development team
• Maintain the functional alignment of the solutions between France and Singapore factories
• Define the Siview roadmap together with the MES Manager

This will require autonomy, good relationship and a strong quality culture as well as the ability to understand the constraints of our environment.The job is based in our Semiconductor factory in Pasir Ris (Singapore) and requires close work with people located in our headquarters in France.Requirements & qualifications

• Experienced IT engineer with a strong technical background (

10 years) and demonstrated ability to define IT solutions in a complex and highly automated 24*7 environment * Mandatory technical skills: IBM Siview, C++, Java, Gitlab/Jenkins, Linux

• Other recommended technical skills: Automation SECS GEM, .Net Core, DB2
• Mandatory functional skills: strong experience in the semi-conductor industry (

10 years) * Highly organized, practical, analytical and detail oriented

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, make critical decisions
• Ability to work productively with frequent interruptions
• Flexible schedule
