We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement Executive

to manage and optimize procurement operations within our IT organization. This role requires a strong understanding of sourcing IT hardware, software, services, and managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT products, services, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specifications defined by internal IT and project teams. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness, lead time, and quality of goods and services procured. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on KPIs such as product quality, service reliability, delivery timelines, and pricing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Managers etc.) to define procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Resolve supply chain issues related to delivery, quality, service, and invoicing with vendors and service providers. Maintain up-to-date documentation for vendor assessments and assist in ISO audits and annual performance reviews. Execute daily operational procurement tasks including planning, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders, and coordinating delivery and logistics schedules. Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) regularly based on performance and compliance standards. Prepare reports, procurement plans, and training materials to build internal procurement capabilities and support team development. * Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and warranty tracking for IT assets and services.
