Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Vendor Specialist to lead procurement and vendor relations for our managed services business. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to streamline procurement while fostering valuable partnerships. You'll help us empower our clients to leverage advanced technology without needing extensive in-house IT capabilities.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS +VB

Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors and partners; negotiate favorable contracts and terms, and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to purchase order issuance for hardware, software, and services.
• Cost and Budget Optimization: Analyze procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Align procurement policies with company and regulatory requirements.
• Work with technical and business teams to align procurement with company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement and partner management within IT or managed services.
• Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and supply chains.
• Must have experience with managed services procurement (e.g., endpoint, cloud, infrastructure).
• Experience in tender management is a plus.
