It Project Analyst
Job Description
- Manage Global project implementation at overseas countries sites for the Company Customers
- Communication window in IT for assigned Logistics projects
- Prepare Project Plans, Manage Resources, Schedules and deliverables
- Facilitate smooth communication between various internal teams on project deliverables
- Provide project implementation support/guidance and information to overseas country teams
- Roll-Out new projects with project plans and documentations
- Provide assistance on implementation and operational/IT processes for supply chain solutions
- Work closely with system development team to ensure smooth UAT/Testing and system implementation
- Ensure that system solutions fulfil customer requirements and are implemented correctly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements- Strong project management skills with project management methodology (certification is not must).
- Team management and communication skills.
- System function expertise (WMS/TMS) and know-how on the warehouse & distribution solution.
- Business communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and logical analysis skills.
- Problem solving competency.
