Job Description
Oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of contractors' premises and supporting infrastructure Develop and review procedures for IT service provisioning Prepare RFIs and budget proposals for project initiatives Manage multiple IT vendors to ensure contract compliance and positive user experience across government agencies Lead project teams to deliver within approved scope, timeline, and budget Ensure contractors meet contractual obligations and project requirements Maintain in-service systems to meet availability and operational standards Collaborate with O&S vendors and OEMs for fault investigation and resolution Manage scope, schedule, and budget of system upgrades and modifications Provide 24/7 support for project maintenance Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Strong project planning and management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Proactive team player with the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
