: You will work with a multidisciplinary and dynamic team that is passionate in harnessing technology to deliver digital solutions that will enable new business models, and streamline processes and operations. This role will require you to:
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Oversee and manage vendor(s) and external IT service providers, and working with internal team members to ensure contractual milestones are on time
- Manage the delivery of projects, including front-end planning, requirements gathering, implementation, to ensure project(s) are delivered within schedule, budget, and performance
- Apply Software Engineering Skills and Methodologies to review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual;
- Assist in the procurement of IT solutions in a timely manner
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
- Manage project budget and ensure timely contract payment
- Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure that the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics or IT or equivalent.
- Shall have at least Two (2) years of experience in IT project delivery and completed at least two SDLC projects.
- Track records of managing successful delivery and implementation of relevant projects.
- Relevant systems experience in the HR (Performance Evaluation & Planning, Payroll systems) domains is an advantage
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management to work with tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are desired
- Certification in CITPM/PMP is preferred
