- Overseeing the designated vendor to ensure timely rollout of all project deliverables in alignment with agreed-upon timelines and predetermined objectives.
- Comprehending the technical framework, encompassing process flows, security measures, and seamless integration with the client\'s current systems.
- Following implementation, the individual will assume responsibility for evaluating and suggesting improvements, addressing both HR-related and technical aspects.
- A decade of extensive experience within an HRIS or a closely related IT capacity.
- Profound technical expertise evidenced by successful involvement in the development and implementation of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, among others.
- Exceptional proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement, adept at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and effectively navigating complex workstreams.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of HR practices, with potential bonus points for prior involvement in job evaluation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with influential mindset to bring the progressive change and comprehensive approach from top to bottom hierarchy.
