:THE ROLE: IT Project ManagerKaplan Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager (6-month contract)! In this six months, you will collaborate with Business Applications and technical teams to define project scopes, manage plans, and ensure timely delivery of our IT Roadmap. Additionally, you will also be supporting prioritization efforts, assessing risks, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendors. You will keep our projects on track with regular updates and clear communication.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Scoping:

• Work closely with the Business Applications teams and technical teams to ensure that the project scoping is well defined and documented.
• Support the IT Director SEA and to be Assistant Director, Software Engineering in prioritizing the project work with stake holders.

Project Management Skills & Delivery:

• Prepare the project plans and documentations for the projects in the roadmap.
• Responsible to ensure that the IT Roadmaps are delivered as per the plan.
• Assess the risk and highlight to the IT Director, SEA and to be Assistance Director, Software Engineering.
• Manage the operations funnel with the BA and technical team and to be able to provide updates to the IT Director on demand basis.

Managing Relationships:

• Build and maintain the open relationships with business applications teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Provide regular updates and maintain visibility on development and procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\' Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management Certification such as PMO, Prince2 or Scrum is an added advantage.
• Any Salesforce related certificates are added advantage.
• Good to have knowledge on Salesforce and related products like Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Prior experience on Salesforce projects will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in leading projects on enterprise level.
• Strong background in the software development cycle.
• Proven experience in Education Sector.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and related tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with enterprise software and ERP systems.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
• Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
