About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions within a government environment. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to drive user-centric application development and ensure timely, quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product success by delivering digital applications to end users. Collaborate with product managers and designers on user interviews and feature discovery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives. Track development progress and ensure milestones are met. Plan and support system, user, and security testing before release. Execute post-release user enablement and adoption campaigns. Provide production support and coordinate with engineering to resolve defects. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

4 to 7 years

of relevant experience in project or product management. Proven track record in

building and delivering digital products

end-to-end. Experience in

Agile / Scrum

environments. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and manage deadlines. Familiar with collaboration tools such as

JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Balsamiq

. Certifications such as

Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or CBAP

are an advantage. Degree/Diploma in

Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

preferred.

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum

4 years of hands-on experience

in project management within software or digital product delivery environments. Prior experience working in

Agile or Scrum

frameworks, facilitating sprints and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with

JIRA, Confluence

, or similar project tracking and collaboration tools. Possess relevant certifications such as

Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis

(preferred).
