We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join a fast growing software company in Singapore!

Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (WFH)
Salary up to $7,500 + AWS + Bonus (2-3 months)
Permanent position, experience in handling CRM projects are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands
Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met

Requirements:

Min 3 years of working experience as a project manager in leading CRM and backoffice related projects
Possess Java technical skills & knowledge
Proven working experience running projects with agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban preferred)
Experience running projects independently while managing an internal development team
