In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of IT, APAC Applications & Digital, to drive digital initiatives projects in APAC, including evolutions of IT applications to address the business needs.
Collaborating closely with various stakeholders (such as business digital team, APAC agencies, APAC IT development teams and Head Office IT team), you will be responsible for scoping, project initialization, tracking of deliverables, manage stakeholders, post implementation support.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in project management through IT solution implementation to join our growing team in Singapore office!

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement IT digital initiatives through low-code technologies like Microsoft Power Platform or other custom development solutions and tools, to ensure relevancy in the face of changing business landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on business and non-functional requirements to ensure they are well gathered and documented
• Collaborate with APAC IT colleagues and Head Office Digital teams to identify appropriate IT solutions, establish timeline and monitor the deliverables are achieved on time and with quality
• Lead the necessary change and adoption of IT solutions with business stakeholders
• Proactive communications and status update to business stakeholders, and IT management
• Ensure effective solution/application support to business users and issue resolution within agreed service level by working with the respective IT teams
• Keep abreast on technologies and updated on skills to effectively recommend appropriate digital solutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing / Information Systems or related field
• Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing digital or IT solution projects.
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle, and understanding of the building blocks of the information system: application layers, infrastructure and security.
• Knowledge/experience in the Shipping/logistics industry will be advantageous
