This is a Permanent role.

This role will plan, establish, and manage IT projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of IT procedures and practices.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Proficient with Project Management Tools and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workload based on direction from corporate business strategies.
• Ability to manage various IT vendors and IT service providers.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• PMP or Project Management Certifications required.
• At least five years of related experience required.

Others:

• Frequent travelling to the USA is required.
• Has experience and comfortable liaising with China project team to roll out projects.
