Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
• Track project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing any deviations.
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring that changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plan.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (minimum 3-5 years) in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
