• Execute customer relationship management, communicate closely with clients, attend clients requests, manage clients expectations to maintain the company \xe2\x80\x99s impressions at a positive level.
• Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects.
• Grasp the plan and situation and create and explain the report material.
• Understand and manage full software development life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineer or Information Technology or related.
• 3 or more years of project management experience. (Direct and manage project development from beginning to end)
• Project Management Delivery tasks such as approach and plan definition, plan tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution
• Provided tactical hands-on, in-progress project manager assistance and provide status reports and project quality reviews
• Post-project management review and knowledge transfer.
• Cheerful, good communication skill, able to work with team cohesively with high spirit
• Must read, write and speak Japanese at a high level (native / JLPT N1 or higher) to engage with our Japanese-speaking customers.
• Must speak English at a high level (business English) to communicate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with teams that have diverse IT aptitudes and cultural backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and highly organized, process-focused attitude.
• Good conceptualization and analytical skills, enabling. Comprehension and development of solutions for complex business issues.
• Ability to manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently.
