Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to play a key role in supporting the Head of PMO in implementing a new, cloud-based application projects. This critical project aims to replace the legacy systems with modern, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud solutions that deliver a seamless, engaging, and empowering student experience.
You will oversee project delivery from inception to post-implementation, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

• Working Location: Jurong West
• Salary Package: UP to $9000 (basic) x 12 months
• Job Type: Contract (One Year)- renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to develop and evaluate technical solutions and construct detailed business cases (timeline, budget, ROI, etc.).
• Align and gain consensus on workstream objectives and deliverables across departments.
• Manage the tender process with the procurement team and participate in proposal evaluation and vendor selection.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams-including business users and IT staff-through all phases of the project.
• Deliver project outputs such as functional requirements, process maps, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend schedule or resource adjustments where needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project priorities align with business needs.
• Support change management initiatives including user training and engagement.
• Manage change requests and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Provide post-go-live support and coordinate with vendor teams for ongoing system support.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong track record managing large-scale COTS solution projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid technical understanding of modern IT systems; experience with CRM solution is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset and openness to change.
