Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the management of the company's enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP project implementation and Application Management Support (AMS), with a strong background in financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT application projects, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Provide day-to-day support for ERP, ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and minimal business disruption. Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and Workiva to support financial reporting and decision-making. Collaborate and coordinate with external service providers to manage support requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting. Serve as the main liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on system requirements and issues. Document system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and efficient issue resolution. Conduct user training and provide ongoing guidance to maximize effective utilization of financial systems and reporting tools. Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

. Professional certifications in

project management

(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or

financial systems

(SAP FICO, Oracle Financials) are a plus.

System Implementation & Technical Skills:

Experience in

ERP system implementation

(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems). Ability to

configure financial modules

in ERP systems. Knowledge of

system integrations

,

data migration

, and

workflow automation

. Proficiency in

SQL

and

data analysis

for report generation and validation. Experience in

reporting tools

such as

Power BI, Workiva, or Tableau

Financial & Accounting Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

financial accounting principles

(GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local standards). Knowledge of

financial consolidation, reporting, and regulatory compliance

. Experience with

general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial close processes

. Understanding of

management reporting and financial analytics

Project & Support Skills:

Experience managing or supporting

end-to-end system implementation projects

. Ability to

troubleshoot financial system issues

and provide day-to-day support. Strong

collaboration and liaison skills
