Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to support the Head of PMO in driving the implementation of projects. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects, from inception through post-implementation support.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am-545pm)
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Salary Package: Up to $8k (basic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to evaluate technical solutions and build comprehensive business cases, including project timelines, budgets, and ROI.
• Align stakeholders on workstream objectives and deliverables.
• Manage the tendering process in coordination with the procurement team and evaluate proposals to award tenders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed activities, resources, and timelines, ensuring proper documentation.
• Lead project teams (internal business users, IT teams, external vendors) to deliver required outputs such as functional requirements, business process maps, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Monitor and review project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet business operations requirements.
• Coordinate with internal Business/IT stakeholders and external vendors to establish project priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate change management by supporting user training and coaching.
• Oversee change request processes, ensuring issues are escalated promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions and managing diverse internal/external stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent project tracks.
