Drive/manage technology delivery project to ensure on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate both internal resources (can be onshore or offshore resources) / stakeholders and 3rd parties / vendors for smooth execution of projects.
Identify and manage dependencies across multiple technical work streams for system implement projects.
Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs.
Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner.
Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years experience in a client facing role + experience in system development/implementation projects
Experience with Servicenow is a must. Bonus for specific experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) experience or Field Service Management (FSM) modules
Solid technical background and experience in project management, solution planning, and/or technology delivery
Strong experience/knowledge in both waterfall and Agile/iterative methodologies, understanding dependencies among architecture, development/implementation, testing, data migration, change management, etc.
Experience in managing projects from a vendor/consultant perspective and/or Professional PM credentials are a plus (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.).
Sizable, large scale system implementation projects (i.e., several thousand man-days)
