We are looking for a resilient and driven

Applications Project Manager

to join our fast-paced technology environment on a

1-year renewable contract

. This role requires a leader who can oversee application support teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive enhancements across mission-critical enterprise systems. What You'll Do

Lead and mentor application support teams (L2 and L3), ensuring issues are resolved within strict SLAs to keep revenue-generating systems running. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes with a focus on stability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Oversee vendor performance and ensure effective collaboration to deliver consistent service outcomes. Drive major application enhancement initiatives, including the integration of

Gen-AI solutions

into the ecosystem. Balance multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment where quick turnarounds are critical to business operations. Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements, ensuring processes and controls are always met.

What We're Looking For

A strong track record of

stability and commitment

-- ideally with at least 3-5 years per role, not frequent job moves.

Resilient mindset

: someone who remains composed under pressure and cannot be easily shaken, even when managing critical outages or demanding stakeholders. Experience in

application support/project management

with exposure to incident and problem management. Technical grounding in enterprise environments (Linux, Kubernetes, Nutanix, or similar) preferred, but not mandatory -- knowledge transfer and training will be provided. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively, including senior leadership and vendors. Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing operational support with enhancement delivery.
