Scope of the Role


Market Entry & Expansion: Drive successful new country entries and support ongoing store openings. Project Ownership: Oversee portfolio delivery plans with product managers, solution engineers, regional teams, and franchisees. Operational Excellence: Ensure efficiency and repeatability in processes for new market entry and ongoing innovation. Governance: Manage contracts, budgets, and cross-functional alignment across Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to meet targeted dates for market and store openings. Drive cross-functional communications and follow-ups with teams and external vendors. Create progress reports and status updates on measurable metrics, opening targets, and roadmap achievements. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, scalability, and timelines. Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations while ensuring effective resolution. Support contract tracking, budget management, and reporting for assigned markets.
Experience


5-8 years as a technology project manager in global organizations 3+ years in retail or restaurant project management (preferred) Proven track record in restaurant/retail new store openings
Technical Skills


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with Power BI and project management software * Familiarity with POS systems, payment devices, and retail/restaurant technologies (mandatory)
