About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet scope, budget, and timeline commitments, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery.

Plan, manage, and deliver projects of quality standards.

Client Relationship Management.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trust, transparency, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Planning & Execution.

Define project objectives, develop work plans, track milestones, and manage budgets, timelines, and risks.

Resource Coordination.

Coordinate with internal technical teams, partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and efficient resource utilization.

Risk & Issue Management.

Identify potential risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Reporting.

Provide accurate and timely progress updates to clients and management, including project dashboards and post-project evaluations.

Quality & Compliance.

Ensure adherence to the deployment methodology and compliance with organizational and customer standards.

Continuous Improvement.

Drive lessons learned and contribute to improving internal project management frameworks and delivery processes.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including at least the last 3 years in outsourcing management (managing projects outsourced tothe company). Must be based in Singapore. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Conversant with the deployment methodology used by the organization. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and mobile connectivity. Mandatory certifications Singapore Computer Society CITPM and COMIT,

OR

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in client-facing project delivery and vendor coordination. Exposure to contract management, SLA governance, and budget tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
