The Company

Our client, a fintech pioneer in a unique digital marketplace environment, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join their young and dynamic team. In this role you will have an opportunity to oversee the implementation, deployment and operation of platforms, systems and technology solutions while being part of diverse and dynamic Project Management and IT team.

The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of project
• Manage project plan, schedule, budget and resources
• Manage project team, stakeholders, vendors and outsourcing contracts
• Monitor and report project status to the project steering committee, stakeholders and team
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements to system specifications
• Prepare test plans, lead and coordinate user-acceptance testing
• Value-add by providing advice on best practices in using appropriate technology, reviewing and improving work processes, facilitating and supporting users\' change management process and influencing alignment of changes with the overall organisation goals
• Deliver project and system documentation according to the Project Development Methodology
• Conduct post implementation reviews to gather users\' feedback

Your Profile

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record
• Hands-on experience as a project manager and/or functional lead, leading large scale and budget regional software development projects
• Knowledge and experience in JIRA
• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies exposure
• Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CBAP)
• Experience in business process management, implementation and support of strategic portfolio and program management solutions
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Good knowledge of software development life cycles
