Responsibilities

• Manage regional project implementation at APAC countries sites for DHL customers
• Point of contact for assigned Service Logistics projects
• Prepare project plans, manage resources, schedules, and deliverables
• Act as coordinator to facilitate smooth communication between various internal teams on project deliverables
• Provide project implementation support/guidance and information to AP country teams
• Assist AP country teams in implementing the operational processes solutions
• Roll-out new projects with project plans and documentations
• Provide assistance on implementation and operational processes for supply chain solutions
• Ensure the vendors delivers the Service Logistics systems per signed off specification including extensive testing and proper implementation
• Ensure the right spec product is bought against the right price, delivered and in operation as per timeline with the right after sales support
• Work closely with Implementation Team to ensure smooth UAT testing and system implementation
• Work closely with country teams from pre sales to implementation and ensure timely and successful implementations
• Ensure that system & operational solutions fulfil customer requirements and are implemented correctly
• Work closely with SPL AP Product Management and global SPL Teams on SPL developments and enhancements
