Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage complex IT projects while applying your extensive business analysis background to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You'll play a critical role in transforming business requirements into actionable user stories and support quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle.

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma)
• Experience with requirement management tools (IBM Rational RequisitePro, Modern Requirements, Jama)
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with insurance core systems (Policy Administration, Claims, Billing)
• Understanding of Business Process Modeling tools (Visio, Miro)
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, qTest, Zephyr)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities

Qualifications (heading) / Compxc3xa9tences (titre)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management or Senior Business Analyst, with at least 5 years specifically in the insurance industry
• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning to project management
• Extensive experience in Life insurance and HNW product development and enhancement projects
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into requirements then into technical specifications
• Deep knowledge on sprint backlog creation and prioritization
• Experience supporting QA teams with test case development and execution
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Lead IT projects through the complete development lifecycle, from inception to deployment and post-implementation review
• Transform complex business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across departments
• Support testing teams in creating comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business users, and external vendors
• Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery methodologies
