Job Description

We are looking for IT Project Manager with experience in handling enterprise system, opportunity to join MNC manufacturer:

• Good salary package, basic up to $12,000!
• Contract till 31 March 2023 with 1 month guarantee bonus (subject for extension/conversion)

• Immediate starter is highly prefer/open for buyout notice
• Working location: Jurong West (transport provided from Boon Lay, Kranji, Sengkang, Tampines, Outram MRT)

The Project Manager is responsible for performing professional business analysis and project related activities, which include planning, executing, monitoring & controlling the projects. He/she is expected to deliver projects on time, within the budget, meeting quality requirements while keeping stakeholders informed and satisfied.

1. Project Management

• Plan and organize resources to execute the project related tasks
• Track and monitor all project related activities to ensure successful execution & timely completion
• Act as the key escalation point for all project issues relating to local & global project issues
• Identify any risks & issues to project, analyze business impact and recommend mitigations to avoid, resolve or minimize impact to business
• Provide timely reports for all project activities to local & global stakeholders
• Continuous improvement by monitoring the execution of critical activities & milestones, identifying opportunities for improvement

2. Quality & Compliance execution

• Assures the high level of compliance with company quality & IT governance standards
• Ensures that business & IT standards, global policies, processes and guidelines are complied.
• Responsible to ensure that information and systems are adequately protected against unauthorized disclosure (confidentiality), unauthorized alteration (integrity), unavailability (availability) and non-compliance.

3. Financial Management

• Ensure projects are executed and completed within approved budgets
