Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Officer to oversee and support IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with our client's project objectives and compliance standards.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $5500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT projects as contract manager, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Engage with contractors, third-party vendors, and business users to meet project and system requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Review monthly maintenance reports and track system performance.
Monitor and ensure systems comply with cybersecurity and audit requirements.
Provide regular project updates and reports to PUB's reporting officer.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with IM8 policy and Singapore Government IT project frameworks.
Experience in managing Cloud-related projects.
