Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the QA process, offering guidance and mentorship to the QA team.
• Review and evaluate system specifications to create comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases, analyzing results to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate closely with the software team to devise effective testing strategies, ensuring a seamless process throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document and track testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and issues to the development team.
• Provide clear, constructive, and insightful feedback to the software team, fostering strong working relationships.
• Advise teams on potential software improvements, contributing to enhanced design and development.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, focusing on strategies to improve software performance.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and testing tools to continuously enhance QA processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant QA experience.
• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
• Specialized certifications in QA or Software Testing are preferred.
• Strong understanding of the software development process with the ability to quickly grasp business and customer expectations.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and consulting skills to effectively convey issues and insights to the software team.
• Solid presentation skills to showcase software improvements.
