Your Scope of Work

• Business Development for new recruitment opportunities or workforce solutions
• Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and profile to clients
• Specialized in assigned Industry, managing end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening and selection of the right candidates
• Ownership of individual sales pipelines

What we look for

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in B2B sales, telesales or technology is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Out-spoken, street-smart, quick-witted and bubbly with a passion of helping people to look for jobs.

\xc2\xb7 Financially driven with a strong sales desire

\xc2\xb7 Professionalism, resilience and perseverance

\xc2\xb7 CEI Certified added advantage
