As we are currently expanding our IT Team in Dynamic Human Capital, we are looking to hire passionate Recruitment Consultants specialized in IT Recruitment, we offer attractive commission scheme with great career progression.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business development duties to identify and develop new client accounts
• Evaluate clients' recruitment needs and ensure their expectations are met
• Source suitable candidates from job portals, advertisements, referrals or networking to access, match, and place in the right role
• Maintain positive clients' and candidates' relationship
• Manage interview process, candidates' offer, negotiate and follow up accordingly
• Conduct background / reference check when necessary
• Maintain a pool of candidate database
• Closely monitoring of monthly sales target
• Any other Adhoc duties as assigned
