We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator (Recruitment) to support recruitment operations and training administration. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing processes, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting workforce planning
Key Responsibilities
Screen and shortlist candidates through resume evaluation
Coordinate and follow up on interviews, selection processes, and hiring decisions
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and regulations
Resourcing Management
Support capacity planning and workforce forecasting
Assist with allocation and coordination of recruitment-related tasks
Training Administration
Support daily operations of the Technical Training department
Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate records
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for training logistics
Minimum Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build cooperative and professional working relationships
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Able to manage interactions with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with interview coordination and candidate screening methods
Understanding of employment laws and hiring standards
