We are now looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customer and partners in this fast growing industry. : Provide Technical onsite/remote support for sites offices and Data Centres Support for all incoming incident/Requests/Problem management at level 3 technical hand-on scope and capability. Hands-on and able to work independently for all upgrade/migration/installation/decommission of Wintel Servers and VMware services infrastructure . Support operations to meet monthly CIO/SLA metrics and Customer Satisfaction Survey. Provide ongoing system maintenance and remote support via remote management working with the regional/global team. Asset Management in data centre and Remote offices that are align with global CI/CMDB standards. Participate in all ongoing regional Projects whenever required and proven capability to be able to excute or perform installation/configuration on VMWare infrastructure independently with minimum guideance. Responsible to support all business units etc. and accept any other duties assigned by the manager. Requirement: Ability to communicate (spoken and written) in English. At least 3-5 years of solid technical hands-on experience with infrastructure Support on server infrastructure e.g. DELL EMC/HPE/IBM Storage, VMWare(mandatory), Windows OS (mandatory) and Linux OS (not mandatory). Ability to work independently and troubleshoot/resolve issues/incidents remotely across multiple countries in a Hybrid Data Centre environment.
