The Technical Manager plays a critical role in managing, designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable network infrastructure for our organization. This role ensures the optimal performance of our customer' IT infrastructure as well as the protection of their data and systems from cyber threats.





Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).


Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.


Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Solution Selling & Strategic Positioning


Understand and articulate the value of IT solutions, including cybersecurity (SOC, SOAR, ZTNA), cloud services (AWS, Azure), GIS, and managed services.


Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations that address client pain points.


Position offerings effectively at exhibitions, forums, and client meetings to drive brand visibility and solution relevance.

Sales Planning & Execution


Develop and execute account plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales targets.


Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.


Track pipeline progress using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.

Market Intelligence & Compliance


Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., MOM Epass, PDPA).


Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.


Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regional regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration


Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.


Support proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
