Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities

• Setup, manage, and monitor Windows based Servers in HyperV, VMware and Azure environment
• Managing & monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability
• Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, application software
• Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues
• Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required
• Provide end user support for hardware and software
• Network firewall related product hands-on experience or certification (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Juniper, Cisco etc)
• Consulting and assessment for NW setup, migration and security
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting systems

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems;
• IT infrastructure experience that includes hands-on (e.g. cisco or other networking, firewall and other IT security setup)
• Possess good analytical & debugging skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external customers.
• Team player and able to work with autonomy
• Good negotiation skills to articulate and ability to convince the benefits of our services
• Sense of urgency for meeting, self-driven & taking ownership
