• Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Excellent understanding of risk-based vulnerability management.
• Advanced hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools, such as Nessus or Nexpose is highly preferred
• Strong technical understanding of network, operating systems, cloud and IoT security
• At least 3-4 years' experience with a minimum of 2 of the following:
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Network penetration testing
• Proficiency with one or more scripting languages
• Ability to present metrics and findings to both executive and technical audiences

Key responsibilities:

• Track all identified vulnerabilities from reporting to remediation and closure
• Facilitate exception handling and escalation for overdue vulnerabilities
• Effectively communicate Vulnerability Management metrics to executive audiences
• Perform vulnerability assessment of the bank's IT systems, including asset discovery as well as vulnerability identification, analysis and prioritisation
• Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for technical audiences and make recommendations for patching and security improvements
• Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to enhance Vulnerability Assessment accuracy.
