Responsibilities include: * Manage and maintain cybersecurity product stack (including Firewalls, Privileged Access Management, and Vulnerability Management etc), according to SOP * Ensure the s Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain cybersecurity product stack (including Firewalls, Privileged Access Management, and Vulnerability Management etc), according to SOP Ensure the security services are operating above the required service levels Perform period reviews such as rules, policies, and logs for the product stack Fulfill service and change requests and handle product-related incidents and problems Perform business impact analysis in the event of an incident Support system vulnerability assessments - scan for, analyze, and disposition of vulnerabilities Test and evaluate security technologies, services, and/or processes Support with new security projects Work closely with various teams, including IT Risk and Compliance, as well as IT Infra and DevOps teams Work with external and/or internal auditors to resolve audit points Work with other cybersecurity specialists on alerts and projects Update and track key performance indicators Plan and implement system automation for better efficiency JobRequirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Operations are preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Good understanding of security operations & technologies such as Firewall, Privileged Access Management, Anti-virus, Intrusion Prevention System, Endpoint Detection and Response, Vulnerability Management and Database Activity Monitoring Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT operations management Good project management, problem solving, analytical, oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and deliver results, as well as a good team player
