JOB SUMMARY: The IT Security Lead is responsible for ensuring the company's data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Protect and defend the company's IT systems against continuously strengthening malicious threats. Assess security vulnerabilities with corresponding prevention and mitigation plans. Manage and monitor any cyber-attacks and intrusions. Recognize potential threats to strengthen security of IT networks and systems.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A Determine and recommends cyber security improvements and innovations based on industry best practices and company goals.A Prevent breach into organization's network with the use of firewalls and data encryption programs, new software and resolving existing security issues.A Ensures that the organization is compliant with the government and industry security standards.A Set and implement user access controls and identity and access management systems.A Monitor network and application performance to identify any irregular activity.A Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant.A Deploy detection and prevention tools to block malicious attacks.A Set up management systems that can update applications automatically.A Implement vulnerability management systems across all assets on premises and in the cloud.A Operate closely with IT teams to set up a disaster recovery plan.A Work along with HR to educate employees on how to detect suspicious activities in the system.A Manages client expectations on task and project implementations.A Develop competencies by completing technical training and applying it to a project.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any computer related courseA Preferably with Cyber Security certification (eg. Security+, CEH, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+, OSCP, CISSP, CISA and CISM)A Minimum of three years work experience relating to Cyber SecurityA Knowledge in Cyber and Information Security PracticeA Knowledge in Intrusion detection systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and remote accessA In-depth understanding of networking, network security control and server managementA Strong knowledge of operating environments such as Windows, Lunox and Mac OSA Strong knowledge in Ethical Hacking and penetration testA Knowledge in coding using C/C++, Python, Javascript, PHP, HTML and SQLA Knowledge in audit procedures to identify and resolve security violationsA Knowledge in Cloud SecurityA Communication and human relation skillsA Leadership skillsA Mentoring and coaching skillsA Problem solving skillsA Planning and organization skillsA Critical thinking skillsA Customer serviceA Team PlayerJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Education:

Experience:

• Network security: 3 years (Preferred)
