The Company
We currently supporting cybersecurity solutions firm that's scaling up its technical team. They're looking for a hands-on Security Operations Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across a mix of IT operations, client support, and cybersecurity projects.
The Role

• Deploy and maintain internal security tools and monitoring systems across varied client infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to service-related requests
• Act as a point of contact for clients, contributing to regular performance reviews and system updates
• Support internal IT infrastructure, including systems administration and maintenance
• Opportunity to gain experience in areas such as security operations (SOC) and penetration testing, depending on your interest and skills

Your Profile

• 2 years of experience.
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, etc.
• Solid grasp of IT security fundamentals and current cybersecurity best practices
• Strong base in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.)
• Practical experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• A passion for security, problem-solving, and continuous learning

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in a technical support or security operations role
• Exposure to endpoint protection tools, SIEM platforms, or cloud security models
• 100% WFH.
