Under the responsibility of the Singapore IT HOD and in close relation with the Business A ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The person will join our Dynamic IT team to support our factory in its ramp up. Under the responsibility of the Singapore IT HOD and in close relation with the Business Application corporate team in France, the IT Senior Engineer Oracle OeBS Supply Chain will have to: - Work closely with his Business Application colleagues (in Singapore and France), the other IT members and the end users (Warehouse, Production, Finance, Procurement , ) in Singapore but also our foreign offices in Asia and US - Become the main interlocutor of the Warehouse team regarding all the IT aspects with a particular attention on wireless terminals, labels printing, etc - Participate to the project of new interface between our manufacturing execution System (MES Siview) and the ERP - Pilot the project of new warehouse (construction will start this year): o Perform warehouse benchmarks with other companies in Singapore to evaluate what could be the WMS deployed for our new warehouse and also the existing ones in France and Singapore o Collect the user needs o Interact with the other workpackage leaders (Infra, Office, Network, CIM ) This will require autonomy, good relationship and a strong quality culture as well as the ability to understand the constraints of our environments and propose new solutions to the team. The job is based in our Semiconductor factory in Pasir Ris (Singapore) and requires close work with people located in our headquarters in France. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS . Experienced IT engineer with a strong technical and functional background, especially on Supply Chain aspects (WMS - Warehouse Management System, barcodes, labels, etc) . Technical skills: development, SQL, ERP Oracle e-Business Suite . Desire to learn more on the other modules of the ERP and business processes . Highly organized, practical, analytical and detail oriented . Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, make critical decisions . Ability to work productively with frequent interruptions . Flexible schedule and able to work the hours required to meet deadlines
