Job Responsibilities: * Central Point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests * Support team handling IT related problems for all staff in company * Responsible for meeti Job Responsibilities: Central Point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests Support team handling IT related problems for all staff in company Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands (Email, Phone, In person for Walk-in customers and self services) Salary: Up to $3200 Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) Period: Contract ( 1 year) Location: AMK Requirements: Assist in supporting the call center operations Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them Hosting 1-2-1's and team meetings Manage day-to-day activities, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager Able to make good decisions on improving processes within the team Lead and inspire the Service Desk team to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction Familiar with Windows Environment, cloud computing , MS Teams and 365 Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing of PC/Notebooks Possess analytical and problem solving abilities Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization Escalate any appropriate problems to Service Desk manager Support the Service Desk manager to highlight operational issues and areas for improvement Generating reports for Service Desk Candidate must possess Teamlead and Reporting experience(s) In lieu of physical interviews, we will be conducting virtual interview, i.e. Skype/WhatsApp/Facetime/Zoom Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): [HIDDEN TEXT] (Registration no: R1107383) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
