About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT professional with strong knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM), DevSecOps practices, and hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM), and Sonatype. You will play a critical role in delivering digital transformation and enterprise service management projects for our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage ITSM solutions using platforms like ServiceNow or Atlassian Jira Service Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevSecOps pipelines and ensure security best practices across CI/CD workflows. Configure, customize, and integrate Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and Sonatype Nexus tools. Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed systems. Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users. Participate in client presentations, demos, and POCs as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software deployment. Strong technical knowledge of ITSM concepts (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, SLAs). Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow

and/or

Atlassian

products

(Jira, Confluence, JSM)

. Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices. Knowledge of

Sonatype Nexus

or similar tools is a plus. Experience with scripting or configuration using JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or Shell is an advantage. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certification in ITIL, Atlassian, or ServiceNow is a strong advantage.
