PURPOSE
This role will man IT Servicedesk and provide FWD SG staff with IT assistance, provide basic access administration and monthly patch application to endpoints.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Day-to-day technical support for end users for laptop, printers, and mobile devices

  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems

  • Asset management for IT assets

  • Liaise with vendors and end users for purchasing, repair and warranty services of IT related items

  • Maintain and monitor office IT Infrastructure

  • Onboarding and Offboarding of end users

  • Meeting Room setup (Room booking, Screen sharing)

  • End User Cisco IP Phone support

  • System to support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Information Technology or higher

  • 1-2 years of related experience in IT operations and support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Good communication and writing skills

  • Candidates should have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
