• Salary Package: Up to $6k (basic) x 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert for business users, addressing change requests and resolving system incidents promptly and effectively.
• Drive change management initiatives by developing comprehensive plans, facilitating communication, and providing user training and coaching.
• Stay informed about future business goals and ongoing IT issues to proactively support business success.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for new and existing applications, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for evaluating new IT software projects, aligning with future system needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET, Oracle, and SQL technologies.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to assess new IT software projects and provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
