Job Description
:
JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a software developer to join our IT team to enhance and grow our in-house application portfolio. The candidate must be able to work independently on assignments as well as being a good team player. He or she should possess strong analytical as well as technical skills, and able to communicate effectively with non-tech stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements
- Work closely with software development and data analytics teams to design and develop applications to meet functional requirements.
- Application testing
- Prepare technical documentation
- Prepare and conduct application user training
- Automate workflow processes
- Identify opportunities and suggest recommendations for system improvements
- Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Meticulous, systematic, process-oriented, and able to organize and prioritize work well
- Fast learner with a curiosity to learn new domains and new applications.
- Experienced in frontend and backend web application using ASP .NET/MVC/Core
- Proficient in C# Programming
- Proficient in SQL Queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
