In-house (Genesys software)
Responsibilities
Design and implement full cycle for Genesys Engage Software (configuration, deployment, maintenance)
Maintain records of installation and services conducted for customers
Manage service desk ticketing (Request and faults).
Provide remote and onsite technical assistance where necessary
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software performance issues
Requirements
Candidates with working experience on Genesys Engage will have an added advantage
