The mission for the Solutions Engineer is to provide the highest standard of customer service to our clients by providing IT solutions to client within their area of specialty on IT Infrastructure projectsThe Role Needs Someone with:

• Strong technical knowledge

• Excellent solution finding and root cause analytical abilities

• Ingrained customer service orientation to do what's right

• Experienced business acumen

• Strong Interpersonal, stress management and communication skills

• Passionate about technology and has a thirst for new knowledge in the field

• Strong team player and willingness to teach others

• Previous experience creating detailed and easy to follow technical documentation

• Willingness to create internal knowledge base articles

• 3+ Years previous IT support experience

• University Degree in IT

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IT Standards / Process. ITIL/PCI/ISO

• Strong knowledge in cloud computing

• Expert in Active Directory

• Strong experience in LAN/WAN design

• Strong in IT Ops Automation

• Expert Windows Server / Exchange Architecture - design, implement and maintenance

• Strong with TCP/IP protocol, firewall, security and firewall

• Ability to perform JIG onboarding process for its' client

• Ability to contribute to Research and Development projects

• Able to manage Disaster recovery for clients (AD, Fileserver, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Supplemental Pay:
